Ok, I've called Aperture god knows how many times, emailed them 5 times and used their online contact form 3 times and nothing. Cannot speak to anyone, no one is coming back to me. I completed my IVA in September and need my certificate of completion so I can rent somewhere. Is there a governing body I can complain to?

You can complain to their regulators via the government gateway here:-

https://www.gov.uk/complain-about-insol ... actitioner

They do ask that you try to resolve the matter with the IP first -- but as you are not getting any meaningful response at all this would be difficult. Unfortunately the regulators will not intervene directly, nor pffer any resolution, but they might, in the fullness of time, issue a warning or, possibly, a fine.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

I feel your pain! Last payment of iva Aug 28th 2017 and absolutely no sign of a completion certificate. No reply to emails, no reply to feedback forms. It’s a joke! 6 years we paid on time month after month. Jumped through every hoop requested and now we just want it over with!
