Spoken to aperture today, I asked about review, advised me that they will notify me threw the online portal on my account. But there's a chance I won't even get a phone call just have to send documents over Internet? Anyone alse do this?

It appears it is all going automated through digital channels with less and less physical communication - it will.be ok

A few firms seem to be going totally digital, but, unless this was agreed at the outset, should still be able and willing to accept hard copies in the traditional fashion.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I would always send mine via snail mail - don't trust sending sensitive details over the net.
