We are a few months into our DMP and everything is going pretty well, mind you still not heard anything from HSBC o well!! My wife has started getting calls and texts from CSL quoting a reference number and asking her to call.
We reckon this must be related to her Barclays overdraft and were wondering if anyone has had any dealings with them, luckily they don't seem to have our landline, our plan was to ignore as Vincent Bond are working on our behalf

ATB

Jon, (just had good offer on flat so very excited!!!)

CSL may in fact be Credit Solutions Limited who are often appointed by creditors. They may not know about your DMP or Vincent Bond so it may be worth speaking to them and directing them to your debt advisor. They are normally fine to deal with if they are aware of the problems.
