Thank you everyone, Rose, good to hear from you, keep going hun things will work out for us both I am sure.

Yes I know the delays are down to me as we need to wait until I am registered as my salary then goes up considerably, I am just impatient, and with all the hassle over my registration (which should have been in the next couple of weeks but now seems to be in at least another month) I am just getting stressed that the goalposts keep moving all the time and I don't want to keep delaying the IVA.

I don't know if Darryl is expecting any outstanding documentation now as I haven't heard from him for a couple of weeks so I presume everything is on target there and we are just waiting for a date from me.

I think I just wanted reassurance that even though our IVA process is taking a while, things will be ok, Mel and her team are doing a great job for us but I'm just having one of my (occasional) wobbles

You'll be ok lem - you have one of the best firms in the business looking after you.

I'll join you in a wobble today! Everything will turn out the way you are planning...things just sometimes take longer than you think! Once you get your registration and amazing new salary, it's all systems go for the iva. X

Try and keep calm lem, I know that`s easy to say when creditors are chasing you, but you will soon be sorted.
My IVA took 12 weeks from first phone call to creditors meeting, don`t worry about the timescale, Melanie`s team will get it right for you.

[:D][:D] I don`t have trouble sleeping,BoL, I work nights so generally when I`m off work I stay up most of the night because of my sleep pattern.

From talking to the National debtline to my creditors meeting date arranged, it has taken 12 weeks.
Its been a bumpy ride, but with my landline unplugged i have had very few calls and just called my creditors whenever i got a letter to give them an update.
fingers crossed for the 8th of Feb meeting!!!!
