I can't see anything on their website about them being licensed Insolvency Practitioners. Their complaints page doesn't refer to their governing body either. Have they offered to help you with an IVA or act as a middle man and then pass it on to another firm?
I would just check this before you go ahead with anything. Ask who the IP is and who they are licensed with.
