I know I have asked about these reports before but just want to clarify something if someone has managed to sort out their report from noddle.
When I go on to view my report and go in the closed accounts section it shows that all status on the accounts are either settled or satisfied, great so far, but when I click on the + sign at the side of the account and look at the status history underneath it shows a red circle with DF (default) after my IVA start date and some of them even after my IVA finish date, will these stay on until the 6 years from the IVA start or are these wrong and should not be shown.
I'd like to know from anyone who has sorted out their Noddle report as to whether these are still showing on theirs as I thought no defaults would show up anywhere after the IVA start date, a couple of months even show arrears.
I have been in touch with the data protection officers of the accounts in question and sent them the completion certificate and still awaitng a response but want to know in advance if these marks should or shouldn't be there so I can take matters further if the records remain uncorrected.
Hi Morgan - hopefully someone will be on soon that can give you an answer from their own experience.
Is it something your IP could answer or assist with?

If you have written to the creditors asking them to amend the entries on your credit file they should do so within 28days from when they receive the letter.
Although accounts sometimes continue to default throughout the IVA the creditor should then amend the entries to the date the IVA was approved.
If they do not amend the entry within 28days you can complain to the information commissioners office. You must send written proof you have written to the creditor, proof of delivery and a copy of your credit report, if the ICO find in your favour they will formally request the creditor to update your credit file.

Hi I am having the same problem. I have been told by noddle in writing that they have put dispute notes against several of the defaults which have the wrong date on. They also said when my iva completion certificate comes they should be marked completed. They say they are just custodians and cannot change the reports. You have to do as kelly says above to get defaults changed etc . Hope you sort it out
Tina, I'm not in my IVA now so don't think asking the ip would help, and I wouldn't want to bother them now as they have better things to deal with then my credit report.
Kelly, I will give them a bit longer then the 28 days as I want to wait till the reports are updated in May just to make sure. If not then I'll have to get in touch with the IC.
