Has anybody seen the video about challenging of credit agreements on another website. They say that it is possible to erase debt from a number of credit agreements including credit cards and loans etc. Does anybody know whether this is possible? It seams too good to be true to me. Any advice would be appreciated.

Sounds interesting! But unlikey! I seem to remember some dicussions here on the Forum a few months ago regarding the transferrence of credit agreements and that these don't actually stand up in law. For example if you sign a credit agreement with Barclays and they transfer the debt to MaxRecovery or someone, then your original credit agreement is with Barclays, not Max ... perhaps this is the line these people are working along?

As the saying goes - "If it sounds to good to be true, it most probably is".

Hi
If your debt is valid then trying to find a loophole to avoid paying it is debt avoidance, something that we do not discuss on this forum
