Hi Ogri and welcome to the forum.

We're with Payplan, and have not had any problems with them. The only money they ask for is the 1st months payment before the creditors meeting. However, we had no cheques or debit card and so couldn't so we just set up our standing order afterwards. No problem.

There are one or two experts who post on here, one of whom is Melanie Giles and people on here swear by her.

I am sure other people will be along to help as well.
