Yes...I am glad Shaun has his name on this result.
I was impressed with his candidness on the mortgages with IVAers discussion he had with sponge and nonewdebt.They didn't make it easy but Shaun convinces in his desire to help and his counsel with lenders to increase faith with IVAers hoping to borrow is progressive and encouraging.

Hope to see more EF arranged mortgages here!

I agree TzeKin. It is important that people like Shaun keep banging at the doors of lenders telling them that ex-IVAers are not pariahs and deserve treated like other potential borrowers. They are less likely to make the same mistakes again and in fairness some lenders are seeing the arguments.

Personally if I were a lender I would be happier advancing money to someone who had completed an IVA than someone who had just started their first job straight from university.
