Agree Lesley. I can understand it being made available as part of a credit search...but to be just out there for anyone to access for free seems wrong.

I agree Lesley. The point is if it is public his address should be on there - if the rest of us have to put up with it why shouldn't he?

I've no idea why it's not and never look at it so doesn't really bother me who is on there and who is not. I will admit to checking it once when daughter told me something (that I told you Skippy) and found out it was true but apart from that I've no interest who is on there. x

Since 2008 I think - she hasn't complied with the conditions of her BR so won't be discharged until she has.

I saw a programme about her and wondered when she said her manager bought her house and car and gave her an allowance. Could have been something whereby her manager was taking a whacking great % in fees to cover the cost of these gifts and the OR was getting an artificially small return for creditors. You never know though; I could be totally wrong! probably am!!!

That blasted register, i totally agree with you it should be on a need to know basis and those that want to know should have to pay for information, great how some individuals can withold their address, i didn't get that choice!!!
