Ots been a year since I've started my IVA. Ebengate has not been in touch about my annual review. Should I wait for them to contact me first or should I email them my bank statement etc anyway...?
They never answer the phone and don't read or at least don't reply to emails. What's gonna happen if I won't show my statements if they won't ask for them? Do they always ask for annual review?
You normally have to provide an annual review incase your payments need altering.
Email your IP directly and see how you get on with that.

An annual review is a statutory requirement. But, I have heard of people getting through the IVA without any reviews !! The problem is, if they discover a pay rise later on, they could ask for extra money in back payments !
They have to get reviews done within 2 months after the anniversary date, so they still have time.
I would drop an email direct to your IP --- so, at least you can prove you have tried if you need to complain to their regulatory body. That is the regulatory body of the IP -- Ebenegate are only a glorified call centre.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
