Hi

What paperwork I will have to show IP on my annual review. Is P60 good enough as a proof of income or I have to show 12 payslips?

If I would like to change a car in a future what is a maximum I can spend without telling IP?

Hi there, all companies tend to differ in what they require for their annual review, it would be worth pinging them an email to ask or give them a call. If you have money put by from your allowances for a car then go ahead and buy one, not sure if you mean with finance though? If so you would need to seek the permission of your IP first as not many places accommodate those of us within in an IVA.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

They'll write and tell you what info they need, more than likely. In my case it's been last 3 months' bank statement and payslips, and latest P60.
Final payment 1st April 2016.
Completion Certificate received 19th May 2016.

Thank you for the answers. lesley_ I wanna sell my car and buy another one only a bit more expensive. No finance, no more credit cards or loans in my life :-) I feel so good without any of those anymore. Thanks

Hi,

If you want to change your car whilst in your IVA then you will have to tell your IP if you cannot finance it yourself.
