Speak of the devil! I got a letter from them today (BE) - but it was just returning a document I sent in this week.
So may be they might read my letter & letter I sent in February as I enclosed a copy & hopefully they might get in touch!
Just getting fed up on not really knowing where we stand & if everything is running ok or not!
But as far as i am concerned we have done everything they have asked within the proposal & what they have stated on the phone.
But I do feel like screaming at times n find it all stressful, There great at the beginning - but now i just feel like a number.
Final IVA payment made in April 2013, never ever thought we could do it or get through it but we did! X

You can't do anymore than you have already done Lyns.
I presume they are busy at the moment as most companies are probably inundated with enquiries.
They should answer your letters and calls though.

I know Jan, but it doesnt stop me worrying about it. Ive had & got enough on my plate at the moment keep on meaning to start my blogg - but just cant seem to get started!
Just wish they would acknowledge my letters & confirm details of I&E changes past & present & confirm what they have stated on the phone.
