I've had no problem with sorting out pet insurance for my two dogs.

I just shop around every year and see what I can get.

I don't go for the cheapest - it's the cover which I consider to be important.

Same here Jan. Homebase was the cheapest for me this year, but they also gave pretty good cover. They don't pay out as much as Payplan, but it is renewed yearly and they give cover for life which was very important to me.
