Hi all...Have all the old worries back with me at the moment as I'm about to embark on a full & final offer.
I am now out of work - unfortunately my business opportunity that I had such high hopes for fell through and the place I was working at closed two weeks ago.
Being out of work and not on unemployment benefit, my very patient and fantastic dad is helping me with all my necessary outgoings (bills, fuel etc) and has also stopped charging me rent for the time being.
Telling him of my IVA at the back end of last year was a huge weight off my mind, and he is making funds available for me to make a full & final offer to my creditors.
I have just started the ball rolling, filling in an I&E form, which was very bad because I have no income, but still have expenditure....My loving father is paying all my bills for me at the moment...without him I don't know what I would do.
I am still actively looking for work but it's so hard at the moment. Have applied for about 15-20 jobs in the last 2 months without getting a response from any of them! [:(]
I am desperate to avoid the bankruptcy route, which is why my dad is prepared to offer a dividend which is equal to the last three years of my IVA.
I am so worried again, I just hope and pray that it goes through and is accepted.
Facing up to the reality of my debt a few years ago was hard enough (when I was in work), but now, filling out an I&E without a job is even more scary.....
Hopefully my F&F will be accepted - my creditors would get back a lot more than if I were to go bankrupt, which really is not what I want.
I guess I have a few weeks of anxiety again, but your support on here has always been magnificent. I need it again guys! [:(]
Now debt free after F&F in July 2012.

Hi SD - sorry to hear of all your woes and sincerely hope things pick up for you soon.

The offer sounds good to me - the creditors will get back as much as they were going to but a lot sooner and given your circumstances I'm sure they'll snatch your hand off.

Good luck with the offer and what a lovely man your dad is for doing this for you.

I really hope so Jan. I've learned so much from the last few years - not least I should've told me dad about my problems far sooner.
I am hoping to be able to find work again soon - I've got to. But bankruptcy would be dreadful for me and my prospects, which is why my dad is willing to help me out like this.
If it wasn't for him, I would be in an even bigger mess right now with no work. He's been helping me over the last month or two with my monthly payments and has managed to secure these funds to help me clear it.
I just so badly want to start afresh and move on.

Hi SD
What a rocky road you're on again, but with the support of your lovely Dad this time round it will soon be smoothed out. The offer sounds a good one and am sure as the others have said, your creditors should bite your hand off, just take a deep breath and be patient xx

With the current situation you find yourself in and the strong offer you have put forward I don't see you having any problems with them accepting it. Just make sure you ask for your hands back after they've ripped them off taking the offer [:D].

Best of luck!
IVA completed 29th July 2011.
