Generally supportive as long as you are putting the best offer you can make on the table. No known hurdle rates.

They didnt vote on my husbands iva.He was offering overall £34P dividend.Never the less both our ivas were approved.

A&L Loans are supportive towards VA's and normally accept.

If it is a credit card then as it is operated through MBNA they have a very different voting criteria and it depends on your circumstances.

I have an A & L credit card (MBNA) and thats my highest percentage which is what worries me. If I go for IVA at the moment under the 75/25% rule and they vote no I would not get an IVA through
