We have a visa electron and are looking forward to our visa debit replacement.
In the mean time I am quite nervous about where I can use my electron and tend to withdraw the cash. If you see a suspicious looking woman loitering outside shops in Solihull, it's me trying to see if they are dispalying a visa electron sign.

Does anyone know if Asda and Marks & Spencer accept the electron in store?

Thanks

My daughter, who works at Asda, says that Electron is accepted there. Don't know about M&S though.

I'm not sure about Marks and Spencer, but I'm pretty sure Asda accept it in store.

I am so canny that I thought that when my head was buried in the sand the magic debt pixies would sort out my credit card bills!

Just come back from M&S successfully buying a pair of shoes using Visa electron. I felt just like a regular human.

Ive just spoke to Coop and the man on the phone said I had no call back booked and the lady I spoke to was wrong the card number is Visa Debit not electron, and its the merchants that are wrong not them, however having looked on the visa website it states that 450875 IS an electron number
