Just a quick update.. the IP called today, has given me her direct email address and assured me that i can speak directly to her when i need to. I was on my way out the door so we will be arranging another time to talk things through. she also apologised for the way i'd been dealt with by the account manager.

thanks everyone for your support, I'm sure I'll be hanging around here for a while..lol

Just thought I'd let you know the positive outcome I've had with BE. They have dropped my payment by the 15% allowed and I went through the I & E today with an account manager. Having looked at everything it still came out lower but I have decided to stick to the 15% rather trhan go back to the creditors and see how I go. I am also due a small payrise next month and he said that they would not take anymore from that which should also help.

Much happier now.

Leese x
