I have just been called by Allay and I didn't really give him time to explain why he was ringing and I told him that my last payment is in nine days time. He said he will update credit fix. I presumed it was secured loan again.

After putting phone down I realised I had an email. It was from Credit Fix saying Allay will ring within 72 hours and can I cooperate with them with regards to PPI.

I have been instructed by CF my last payment is 18/11 and to cancel standing order as I'm finished Iva on my 60 month payment and no equity extension.

Should I be dealing with Allay re PPI checks.

Yes, otherwise it is likely that they will not issue you with your completion certificate. Regardless of payment history, until you have that certificate, you are still bound by the IVA and required to co-operate.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I will call them back then

Thanks for reply.

I know when we moved from PJG they tried to get everyone to change their terms and conditions around the whole PPI and many people wouldn't sign it

Like others before them, they tried to slip other changes past the post using smoke and mirrors !

Is it best to conform then and deal with Allay to try and get CC asap without dragging on. I wouldn't see PPI anyway. I'm sure I don't have any PPI out there anyway

I have just gotten a letter from credifix regarding this same guy and ppi. Just another hoop to bounce through that's all. Pretty sure I have no ppi. I had a bank refund last year for £120 ish quid regarding loans I had but CF let me keep it as was such a low amount.

Hi, I was with PJG, Allay contacted me on Monday, quick conversation said they would send paperwork all U have to do is sign, nice bloke , explained clearly and gave me an email to use if I have any questions. Paperwork arrived today will sign and return no other paperwork needed.
I still have not had the secured loan call!'

Looks like I will ring Allay tomorrow. I just want it to wind up as quickly as possible with final payment next week. Don't want to hold up CC. Thanks for feedback

Hopefully won't be long after your final payment you get your cc.
It was just over 2 weeks for hubby, funny how they sent the cc to him first then ask about ppi

Missed my call from Allay yesterday. Rang at 0950 am. But guess whose on night shifts right now? Hehe. Guess I'll set the ring tone a bit louder today.
