Hi , could anyone give any advise as to how to compose a full and final offer please ? Lump sum is coming from my parents and we dont own a house . Also just to say i have posted here before and get some great advice, thanks .

If you are offering what was due [or close to it] then just tell your IP that your parents are offering the funds and you will pay them back in time. If your income has dropped then you could offer less than the remaining months payments which would normally be acceptable to creditors.

Creditors often want a reason for the early settlement so for example if you wanted to start a family and the prospective grandparents wanted to pay off the IVA this would be a perfectly reasonable thing to do. Most settlements are accepted so ring your IP and ask them what they need.

I have put a template on here somewhere but can never seem to find it However Foggy seems to be able to find the link so perhaps he will work his magic and find it so you can tweak it accordingly...
