Keep pursuing them! You need an answer and deserve one. Don't feel bad because they are putting you in this position with their poor service. x

It just annoys as every month is another month they claim we have underpaid ! but the more the arrears amount up the more we have no chance of catching up before year 2 ends!
I was busy today, but tomorrow I will have my chasing head on again.

If it was me I would be emailing every day, and ringing every day - I would also only pay the agreed minimum until this is resolved as you need to have a clear understanding of where and how they are calculating your figures from - don't give in - keeping pushing for an answer !
I have checked the experts page and it looks like Nick Payne has not logged on since the 29th November, so maybe away from work at present.

Keep going! I don't know what else to say...but keep persevering. Are their offices far from you? You could doorstep them!

At last- a Senior Compliance Office is calling me tomorrow, mayb we can get things resolved now.
BUT not going to be forced into agreeing anything until I see things in black and white.

At last - make sure you write everything down beforehand so you don't get side tracked while speaking to them. Let us know how it goes.

I am now sitting at home worrying (again) we really can't afford to keep increasing our payments, my wages have only increased slightly (£11.00) per month due to tax code changing, so my IVA shouldn't really increase greatly surely? It's just that Payplan haven't reviewed us for 8 months now !
My partners earnings have increased by £40.00 rough per month.
I am right in thinking it is olny 50% of the increase we should pay over?
What if they tell me we in trouble and they are going to fail our IVA, we never missed a single monthly payment, always paid our additional income in, always informed them of any changes
I am so getting myself in a tizz !

Calm down! The call will be fine. Have yur figures in front of you so you are ready to discuss where you and your IP diverge. If your proposal says 50% then it is likely to mean 50% of what's left after increases in expenditure are taken into account.

Good luck for today. I would write down a timeline of your calls, emails etc and a brief note of what happened at each stage.

Then have your original income and expeniture with your current figures written beside so it's as simple as possible. The last thing you want to hear is 'can you write it all down and send it in'!

Let us know how it goes.

I'll probably make myself unpopular here - but it is your responsibility to send the additional earnings to your IP each month and within 14 days of receipt, and not the IPs job to chase this along. We will do a check at the end of each year, but we do not have the time, nor are we paid, to police this much more frequently.

I personally feel that if creditors want this uplift money collecting, they should allow IPs to charge appropriate fees for doing that work.

I am sure that Nick will be able to sort you out. I have met him and he is a really decent chap. If I can help in any way to intervene please contact me off-line and I will see what I can do.
