No there is no time limit - but you don't want to waste your creditors time. What are these creditors asking you to increase your payments to and who are they?

Hi Catmanmoo2,

I am astonished that you are doing an IVA. With 60k of debt and repayments of 1k per month you will paying a back almost all of it. I nice little earner for Synergi but take my word for it they are jack s**t useless when it comes to giving advice. My IVA was rejected with them but for other reasons. If I were you and you get a chance to say goodbye to Synergi then take it. How much have you paid them? It sounds to me that you have been badly advised. May I suggest that you speak with Melanie at the IVA Advice Bureau but only after your existing IVA has been rejected. I hope things work out for you.

Regards

Thanks for all the input. It would seem that my nervousness got the better of me, and Synergi came up trumps in the end, with my IVA accepted on Monday.
