We're with DFD so followed this to the end. Glad to see the efficient help that's on this forum by the experts.

I think its brillint that the forum has Declan to represent DFD. From our own experiences, its quite hard to get to speak to someone "in the know" at DFD.
Dont get me wrong, they handled hubby's IVA brilliantly from start to finish, the ONLY problem we had with DFD was communication.
Lets hope Declan sticks around for a long time to come.

I hope he sticks round as well, he has done an awful lot for DFD posters as well as those of us who are with different companies.

Can I just echo how good it is to have Declan on the forum. To copy comments by Sensible 77 - there most certainly are always two sides to every story. That is SO important to remember when reading a first version of events. I too hope that everyone reads this thread to the end to see the outcome.

Try emailing him via his contact details on the experts page. I've not seen him around much this week.

I think he must be having a busy week - why not try calling him on Monday.

I agree with Melanie, give Declan a call on Monday.

Hope your parents find a suitable solution and if Dad does go BR, we can help with any queries etc...don't go paying a company to assist with BR.

Good luck xx
