Saturday was a lovely sunny morning and we were looking forward to planting our liitle seedlings out in the garden and then I opened the post...lo and behold we received a section 21 notice stating that the landlord wishes to take possession of the property and we have to be out by 14 June. just when we thought we were settling down, getting the hang of our IVA and beginning to enjoy life and finally a decent pub has opened not too far away!!!

So we've now got to try and find somewhere and beg my parents for yet another loan to help us move and not try an mess up our iVA in the process. Still thank god for friends (although personally I think that they are mad for offering to help us after the last time!!!)

Still I'm in my 8th day of cycling to work (8 miles each way) so that should help. [:D]

My advice Louisa is to mention it to your IP now, just in case when the time comes to move you need some forbearance on your contributions.

Sorry you've got to move Louisa, how awful. You never know though...you might find somewhere much better and it may be easier than you think, well done on the cycling, I love being out on my bike but I'm knackered after 20 minutes! [:I]

Thanks for all your replies - it means alot.

I spoke to GT and actually had a helpful(ish) conversation - mainly as everything that was said I was already aware of (due to this site) but it is now noted down and they are going to hold back from our Annual review until late May so that we'll have an idea of what our I&E will be and if we are still struggling with repayments then we can put forward a variation but to always ensure that we make a payment evne if it is reduced!

As for the cycling - very tiring but it actually gives me more energy and I actually sleep less!!! Go figure!!! And I've discovered tha I am just as bad a cyclist as I am a driver [:D]
