Brilliant news, i am in my final year (fingers crossed)obviously wouldnt want to go back to the beginning but if i had to, i would want to be in the same position as you, with Mel and this forum from day one. I discovered the forum nearly three years in, better late than never!

Well I'm definately having a tinny or two tonight! For saying it has only been a three day week, it is probably one of the hardest ones I have worked in a long time!

So pleased for you both - Marc did say you were a little teary, and why not. They were tears of joy for a change. We all very much look forward to working with you over the next few years.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner
