Hi there melanie, sorry to be a pain, but a position is available for my husband to transfer to the Australian Airforce, but wanted to check if this is possible with an IVA as far as the IP is concerned? We have rang and asked our company but waiting for a reply.....[:(!]

Ok thanks for letting me now, not sure if anyone else would know the answer to this one. Oh well another waiting game with the IP then, I'll ring them again and start singing I think that should get them moving [;)] [:D]

Now back from holiday, and I cannot see a problem with the transfer, so long as his pay rate is preserved and the cost of living in Oz will be comparable - ie so long as it does not affect your ability to make the IVA payments.
