well, a nice little chat with my IVA company has made us feel a little better, looks like we might not need to worry too much about our news on our expected litle one on the way, we may just be able to work with our IVA instead of thinking it would rule us and we would induce a difficult early life our new family member yet to be born, so the future looks very bright, now just to figure how how to pay for cot & travel system :-0 not sure why we were worried actually, we are with Mels team and experience since the first call made over two years ago should have eased our minds, what a team, thank you IVA Advice Company..... :-)
Took The plunge and made the call, changed our family life and we have never been happier. Debt free and wont go back..... IVA was by far the best thing we ever did to teach us the real value of Family and money

I saw this today, and can I get you to contact Sue Clay on Monday (she is not in tomorrow). I'd prefer that we dealt with this off-line and privately, but we do want to share our views with you which are not yet finalised due to ongoing legal advice my firm are receiving.

Either way, I just want to commend you for your very honest way of approaching this matter, coupled with a genuine desire to see your creditors repaid to the best of your ability. Very refreshing in the current climate of very bad PPI press.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Great news in-a-mess-indeed and the fact that you are with one of the most humanistic IP around i'm sure you will get sorted and continue on your debt free journey, good luck. xxx
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

I must admit I did not know you were one of Melanie's clients but you are certainly in very good hands. Sounds very promising and hopefully you can see a little benefit from the work you are doing for your creditors.
