Hi cb3,

You can certainly apply for one - I believe T mobile are quite good and at least one of our posters has managed to get a contract.

You should have no problems kat - I've been with O2 for years and have upgraded since being in my IVA. They only check that your payment history with them is ok.

thanks kallis, thats good to know. I love my gadgets!
do you upgrade online or in the shop? my last upgrade was only a few months ago, and i stayed with o2 only through the carphone warehouse, as they had the phone i wanted and more minutes for less.

I've done both - will probably do it over the phone as I can't upgrade until the end of June and my battery life on my current phone is rubbish now so will try and do it beforehand.

Jan

I am with O2 also, do you know that you can upgrade 30 days before the end of your contract??

I took a 2 year contract last upgrade and the battery life is unbelievable!! It was a silly touchscreen phone and I have to charge it every evening.

Daughter is currently doing a 3 contract for me - how bad is that?

I just can't wait until my upgrade so hoping hers will go through and I can get my new phone.

Good luck with 3 Jan! I'd wait the last couple of months rather than go with them though.

Their tariff is much better than the O2 one - cheaper and unlimited data.

What's the reception like? That was my main worry with them as my friend is with them and has had a lot of problems, including crossed lines - her hubby's phone rang showing her number, but when he answered it was someone completely different!
