my wife and i are going through an iva process the ip has got all our details we havent made payments since late april to 7 creditors we have a council house the ip has sent us forms to sign but on there are 2 store cards my wife had continued using . by that i mean she has bought a couple of items on each but still continued making payments up to date, this was a genuine mistake we have been told by the ip it should be ok she has outstanding balances of 350 on each but that is less than when we started the iva process my wife thought it was only credit cards

Hi andy and welcome to the forum

I would not worry about this as the amounts concerned are fairly immaterial - although she does need to stop using them from now on.
