I was called into my Manager's office and asked if I wanted to have some added responsibility in my new receptionist role, I listened and agreed and thought it'll do no harm and at the end of the meeting I was told that a £700 per annum payrise was to be included! Ok it's not going to change my life but I'm happy!

I'm actually doing half hour less in hours per week for £700 more per year and a lesser job but I'm not complaining...........for once! xx
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Don't mean to gate crash, but had my end of year review on wednesday got a Green!! yey!! means i will get the anuual payrise this year of 2.3% not a big amount but nice to know in june its coming, also confirmed im on track for senior manager and based on my performance in period 1 im tracking for a blue review, never had a blue before, thats for operating above and beyond my role. Has been a good week!!
