Hello all. I posted last month about the Equity in our car and how our I/Ps had asked us to pay a large sum in equity. I received answers from Melanie, Moneystinks and Plastikdraft. I just wanted to let you know, thanks to your advice, I received a letter from the IP's today to say they no longer have any interest in our car and are closing our case. We are so relieved and happy and send our heartfelt thanks.

That's brilliant news!

Makes sense doesn't it, and I'm glad you challenged that decision.

Its good to know that sometimes crazy decisions and requests can be changed and common sense can prevail.
Discharged today the 8th feb 2012. View is much brighter now.
Continuing to rebuild our credit worthiness.
