ive gotta say a massive thanks to mc cambridge duffy and all the staff there.

my creditors meeting was on friday at which point it got adjourned due to couple not voting and 2 regecting the proposal.

but they fought through thick and thin and at 4pm today got the vote we needed to get it approved ok it has had to be extended to 6 years instead of 5 but that was the only mod they had to accept , they managed to make it so that i kept my car even though its quite a high value and a couple of creditiors wanted me to sell it(which i would of done), ithink considering the dividend is only 13p they done great job and they have been there when i needed to call them...
considering how stressed ive been the last week and especialy since friday when it got moved .and what my poor wife must of been going through ive been a bear with a sore head and arse..[:D]

ok then well 1st payment went a week ago so its 71 left...

what a great xmas prezzie [:D][:D] ok so tomorrow is day 1 of the new begining for me...

it feels great tbh a breeath of fresh air i think..

there were a few complictaions but what they did was i think magnificent. and when tou actually see what the ip fees are against what they do -- i cant see how people can moan that they are too high.

yep i do think 2010 is going to be a good year

We are all delighted it was approved Simon and I appreciate what you say about the fees. IPs are trying to provide a service to both creditors and debtors whereby there can be return and clients can get on with their lives. There is a lot of work to be done not just to get the proposal accepted but for the duration of the IVA and to do the job right costs money.

Regardless, great Christmas prsent for you and your family and thanks again for your kind words.
