OK, the day is drawing closer now and I have a loads of questions swimming round my head that I thought I'd offer up to you for some possible answers...

Has anyone ever had a F&F declined?
If so, why?

What's the likelihood of any of my creditors bothering to turn up to Friday's meeting? Do they mostly vote by proxy?

Since the report was written and sent out I've obviously made mroe payments? Will/Should these be deducted from the settlement amount?

Thanks for all your help in advance!

Hi, i cant see that any of your creditors would turn up and you never know the votes could already be in.
We made 2 months worth of payments into the IVA while waiting for meeting. We did not get a refund because in the variation report it was stated that payments should continue untill a decision was made. We even had one payment go out the day after because we werent quick enough cancelling the standing order. But hey ho we didnt argue it because at the end of the day the IVA was done 2 years early.

Hi,

Thanks for all the good luck messages, the meeting is at 2pm. They've told me to phone on Monday for the decision but I'll try and get hold of them later this afternoon to see if it has gone through.

On Wednesday they had recevied 2 Accepted votes by proxy so it looks quite hopeful!!!

Thanks Again!!
