Hi all

I was wondering if someone could help. I had a alert today that my iva has been deleted from my records which is amazing especially as I thought that the 6 years wasn't until next June [:)]

I have had a look at my report and all the debts are now showing as green apart from 2 does any one know what I need to do to get this updated? Then I can hopefully start to rebuild to get a mortgage (in a very very sensible way) [:)]

Thank you in advance

Xx

TheMatrix is our resident expert on cleaning up credit files. I don't know a lot about it but think that you can write to the data controller or complaints department at each creditor and request they amend the default date to the date your IVA was accepted. That way they will drop off now the six years has gone by.

Time flies when you're having fun! x

It may be just as well to wait. They could easily drop off in the time it takes to get them removed anyway :)
