I am at my most creative at that time of night - but am hopeless in the mornings until the sixth cup of Nescaf!

Late nights don't do it for me but I'm fine first thing in the morning - usually up by 7.30 (dogs won't let me have a lie in anyway!) even when I'm off.

If I drank that much coffee I think I'd be bouncing off the walls Mel!!!!

I'm at my best first thing in the morning even if I've not slept, by the time 9pm comes I'm all but useless, I love doing late shifts at work as I do loads at home before going to work, if I work 9-5 nothing gets done on my return as once dinner is done, I can't be bothered. x

I have to try and get stuff done in the morning otherwise I'm useless - I prefer to be a couch potatoe when I get home, especially after I've been fed!

Me and you both Jan, I'm off to work 12.45-5pm today then I go to the gym straight from work or you've no chance of me going, I've tried coming home but it just doesn't work. x
