Hi .. we completed our IVA last year ( June 2011 ) and finally rec'd our certificate on 19th March 2012 which was bad enough ... However on checking our files yesterday August 15th ... 1 main creditor still showing as default with no updates and one company PCO Holdco SARL who I believe are a company creditors pass debt onto are still showing as default. Both these were included in the IVA and obviously received their dividends. I've been given the run around with BM all day with 6 different numbers which the correct one is now closed! I am wondering if anybody can help me contact PCO HOLDCO SARL as there are no numbers listed online for this company and Grant Thornton have basically told me I'm on my own now to get this sorted ? If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

Thankyou :)

Hi

The credit reference agencies should supply the contact details for all companies.
When you make contact insist that the default dates are moved to the day of your IVA starting or before

I think you can write to the information commissioner I believe there's a posetr on here Matrix or something similar who's got all the info and standard letters on how to make them take it off.

My turn at the end of September

Thankyou. I'm quite relaxed about it, I got used to my basic debit card, no loans, no overdraft, no credit cards. I consider that I'm lucky and it's thanks to my IVA and I never thought I'd say that!
