4 months into my iva and now wife is pregnant, we had been trying for ten years and had a failed ivf attempt
How will this affect us will they lower the payments

Congratulations with the baby news.
You need to speak to your IP with regards to what solutions they have for you, perhaps a payment break whilst your wife is on maternity leave.
Ideally, give them a call and have a chat with them and let them know your fears.
They should be able to advise you the best way forward and what options are available to you.
