29 months into my iva and my recently ex girlfriends is pregnant, are CSA payments going to effect my iva?
it will be ok in the end, if its not ok then your not at the end yet...

They very likely will Carl, as you will have less disposable income to pay across.

You can mention it to your IP now if you like, but definitely when the baby is born and payments are assessed.

Yes have a discussion with your IP and see what can be done after your CSA payment has been assessed. You more than likely would have to seek a variation from your creditors.
