Ok siza5 will email u later. Just to make clear this £2000 is a sales incentive paid for 12 months. My employer likes to pay this yearly but is based on my 12 month by month performances.
I agree we need to pay as much as poss in to the UVA but my only point is I feel I am disadvantaged dou to this being paid anually agains some one getting it at the end of each month
hope this makes sense as if I was paid this month by month it would be £166 and I could keep it all as it is less the 10% of my month end take home pay
