I used the co-op through my IVA and have stayed with them --- haven't even bothered to upgrade -- though I might, just for a cheque book ( if they still do them).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I've just upgraded my basic Nationwide account to an interest paying one with a contactless card.
