Hopefully someone can give me some information. We received a letter last week as our first review on the IVA is due in May. They've asked to see 3 months payslips and P60. Are they likely to want any other information.
We have just about managed our IVA for the first year and there hasn't been any changes in our circumstances apart from our utility bills, cost of food and petrol etc. Will they take this into consideration?

Hi Trickles,

If that is all they have asked for, that will be all they want.

Your raised expenditure will be taken into account, so make sure you put it all down on the I&E form. Your payments will probably remain the same.

Thanks Jan. I must admit I am rather nervous and our fate is in their hands so to speak!

I felt like you did when ours came up a few weeks ago. They actually phoned us a few weeks before it was due, and we just went over everything over the phone and even though I had had a payrise, our expenditure had gone up and so our payments remained the same.
