I had taken an Iva out with Varden Nuttall and my partner cleared the outstanding balance 15 months ago and still no completion.They state that they are looking into PPI but i think they are stalling this process to benefit themselves.How long is acceptable? 3/5/10/years?????? What a disgrace!
Yes,Lee, it IS a disgrace! But this is a problem facing many IP's at the moment. As far as I can see, though, there is little benefit to the IP in stalling, it's just crowding the books with dead files.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
