Your favourite day/most hated day??

In my own honest opinion and not all teaching staff will agree with me but I get too many holidays, Monday - Friday working only. I struggle to take my holidays as I'm not forced to take holidays as per the usual academic year, I can work the holidays and take them in lieu other times (cover dependant of course). We are enocouraged to work term times but I'm not paid lecturing staff rate so they can't force me, but I do have the benefits. I'm in trouble every year for not taking enough holiday and get threatened that I'll lose it.

I dislike every work day, but particularly the one's in the winter, I have my alarm set for half four so I can get up by quarter to five. Not so bad this time of the year as the sun is coming up, but in the winter it sucks.

@lesley - sounds like not your fault with the holidays. Wish I had more lol.

@4kidsnocash - I agree with the winter thing. I do not mind getting up ow as light and warm(ish). But dark, cold, wet and windy not looking forward to that!
