I promised to get one of my dog forum friends Geoff Capes autograph for her hubby but never seen him since and he's a magistrate in the local court (not that I go there often) and used to see him outside most Tuesdays.....so hang in there it may take some time. x

I love looking on Rightmove, but it only depresses me when I realise we can't afford to move!

I look at the rentals and wonder why I pay so much on a mortgage!

We just can't afford it. We've got a one bed maisonette and we'd have to nearly double our mortgage to get a house in this area - depressing stuff.

Opposite here Skippy - there are some houses in very affluent areas that are cheaper to rent than our monthly mortgage.

If our payments increase, I will certainly consider renting ( depending on the pesky pets) [:D]

The worrying thing is we're on interest only so unless we win the lottery we'll have to rent at some point anyway! I've just had a look to see what a house would cost to rent (we've got a 1 bed maisonette) and we're looking at £1200 - £1300 for a 3 bed (I can't find a 2 bed on Rightmove). There's no way we could do it.

Rentals vary so much in our area..there's a lovely cottage to rent next to a golf course and 5mins from sea for £700 a month or over £1k a month for sea view properties.

Hi Kazza
Try Hardys Stamp of Australia Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2010 vintage it's great if you have a BMs cheap shop they'll probably have it for just £4.50 a bottle. It's 14% so this together with the year of 2010 makes it a goer for us!
