The alternative email address embedded into that "broken" page is

ccare.webmails@help.vodafone.co.uk

Might be worth trying on that one.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Hi Skippy,

I am sorry to hear that the link didn't work. As Foggy has posted, the email address is ccare.webmails@help.vodafone.co.uk. You will need to include the code WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject so that it reaches me directly.

If you include your contact number and a link to this post, I can contact you to discuss it in more detail.

If you have any further problems with the email address, let me know. I have just tested it and it seems to working fine now.

Hi everyone,

Thanks for your warm welcome! :)

Foggy,

We try to understand our customers' individual situations and match these with appropriate arrangements, rather than applying a "one size fits all" solution. We have developed a variety of solutions which can be tailored to specific customers' needs and these include extended payment arrangements, payment holidays and in extreme cases, reducing the size of the bill. This approach also allows us to take a longer term view when agreeing next steps and also helps to prevent the situation reoccurring in the future.

We urge customers who are facing problems with their bill to contact us as soon as possible. If anyone has any questions, you are more than welcome to get in touch with me.

Many thanks,

Heidi

Hi Heidi
Welcome to the forum from me, I think what Foggy was asking is why are people with IVA's not able to change to your company from a different one as they will always fail the credit check. Most people in IVA's who use a mobile are given an allowance so payments are not an issue just the credit check.
Can any discretion be used when credit checking people as it is often a straight computer says no?
If life is what you make it, I must have been in a strange mood when I made mine

I was just about to post the same thing.

We would like to know whether anyone who.has been bankrupt or is in an IVA would be able to get a contract with you.
