Have a look on www.iva.com for reviews

Personally I would highly recommend Melanie Giles who posts on the forum as this is who arranged my iva and the service has been second to none x

when i first went for an IVA i went to Debt Free Direct & after all the info i went through & sending all details to them they then decided that i would not qualify, i was gutted thought i was looking at bankruptcy, but one last throw of the dice i was just searching on the web & Clearstart popped up, i explained what had happened with Debt Free Direct & went through the same procedure but with a different outcome, Clearstart said my proposal was viable & was eventually agreed by my creditors.
Now i found out that Clearstart is being taken over by Debt Free Direct.
I know this dont answer your question but thought id mention this.

Well I'm with Melanie and her service and dedication is second to none and that applies to the whole team Melanie, how many people can say they get a reply from their IP at midnight on a Friday night! I can!
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I too would have to recomend either Melanie Giles or Ian Millington who post on this forum.
They are both very proffessional but also very fair.

Perhaps all of the other IPs are in the pub enjoying themselves instead!! Actually I had been to the pub that night, but posted when I got home! Sad or what!!

Not at all sad Melanie and that reply stopped me worrying and not sleeping the whole weekend. Your career obviously means so much to you, an active member of the forum and a highly successful IP. The replies however quick can solve the query/problem there and then and I think you realise we're all human and not just case numbers! You gave me peace of mind over something that if I was with another IP may have caused me many sleepless nights/weeks?
