Lloyds have sent us letters to say they have passed our debt on, nothing unusual as it seems to be a normal thing for the big institutions so their books look good. The company who are now administering the debt included a letter. This was the most polite and well informed letter we have received, it contains all their contact details, the complaints procedure and the address of the financial ombs with information on how to address complaints to that department. The company is SP5, and I congratulate them on their professionalism so far.
Last Payment made 04/12/14. Completion Certificate 25/7/15. IVA company GT. No Issues

We got the same so I assume Lloyds just flogged on a large batch of debt at the same time.

I agree it is a very polite letter, and even has data controller details listed to make it easy to contact them.

Yes, they usually sell debts off in job lots. so I expect a few more of these letters will be hitting doorsteps soon.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
