Hi, how long does it take to get the creditors vote? the meeting was held at 11am this morning for a full and final, and the Iva company have called me to say they are waiting for their vote results, and they are going to post them? apparently they have emailed them to ask to send it electronically, I'm confused as ive never done this before is this standard procedure? or am I going to be strung along for another 8 months! im so worried :( too much stress.

Unless they have adjourned the meeting then the deadline has passed and no-one has voted in time...

My meeting was at 10am last weds....and I got a call at 10.09 to say all accepted.
Now that might just be super quick and efficient but I'd sit on the phone until I got some answers.
Good luck

Yes there will be a problem - you need to ask them to confirm they have adjourned the meeting.

If there is a problem, such as only a couple of creditors bothered to vote, they could have adjourned the meeting to try to chase the others to turn a "No" majority into a "Yes" .... not disgusting if they are working to swing things in your favour. Mind you, not keeping you in the loop IS disgusting !
