Hi, I was wondering if you could help at all.

We received our annual review I&E forms in December to complete and send back. So we did. Then we didnt hear anything from DFD until February when they asked for some more info which we sent. That was the last we heard.

This will be our 3rd review, and we have only ever received a response after our first review saying payments would stay the same. Do some companies not send letters out if the payments are staying the same?

I am sure they are supposed to send you out a report once the review has been done which normally tells you about your payments and if any money has been paid to your creditors.

I'm sure one of the professionals will be able to assist more with this.

Kallis is spot on - why don't you write or email your IP and ask him/her what is going on?

Thank you - I will. I thought we were meant to receive a response.

Thanks again

My husband has just called DFD and they told him that tyhe review was completed on 27th March, but they havent gotten round to sending out correspondance yet!!!!
Nothing has changed - we can always live in hope that the payments will be lowered (in my dreams) lol.

I know - I am a bit surprised as each year my salary goes up by about £40 after tax and ins. However, my hubbys overtime has dropped this year and I suppose they take into account cost of living and how prices are rising so much. As long as we can keep with this amount each month we will be ok.

Yes they do take into account the rises in the cost of living. We both had rises last year, and I fully expected that our payments would go up as the mortgage had come down as well, but our payments have remained the same.
