My creditors are voting on the 10th July please wish me luck that they will accept a full and final settlement I am having sleepless nights already.
Question for the forum what majority vote will i have to have for my full and final settlement to be accepted. [?]

Hi redhead good luck with your full and final IVA proposal at your creditors meeting tomorrow. The creditors like cash up front and no doubt you have a small negative on your expenditure.

Good luck for today.
My husband and I had a full and final settlement agreed on 29/6/07.
Lloyds TSB and Ge Money voted for my husbands proposal and Barclaycard voted for mine.
My husbands proposal was accepted immediately, however my proposal was originally refused on the morning of the meeting as none of my creditors (I had 3 in total) had voted. The meeting was due to be adjourned but Melanie Giles and here team managed to obtain a vote from Barclaycard and at three o clock, much to our relief, I received a phone call to confirm both proposals had now been accepted.
I hope you receive the same good news as we did and your proposal is accepted.
